Partitions

Barcon Industries are specialists in the supply and installation of all office and glass partitions. We provide a high quality service that offers free initial advice, free quotations and site surveys.

We also provide a service for the installation of demountable and operable walls. Barcon can also help design reception and foyer areas that are practical and will impress new and existing clients.
We also carry out full interior refurbishments including building, mechanical, electrical, networks cabling and IT, lighting, airconditioning, flooring, supplying of furniture and a relocation service which allows the client a smooth transition from old offices to new.

Office partitions

Our standard office partition is constructed from metal stud and track which comes in 64mm with 13mm plaster to each side. This system offers a half-hour fire protection (minimum) and enhanced acoustic performance when specified.

The partitions are fitted into an aluminium head track, anodised or coloured, which is fixed through from the ceiling grid for solid support. Masonite mdf or aluminium skirting duct can be used in all applications.

Glass partitions

Glass partitions can be installed into our standard office partition. Glass can be full height walls, full height windows, half-glazed or windows to suit office areas. This system can be used for front entry areas, directors offices or board rooms with logistics.

Frameless glass partitions

Frameless glass partitions are a silicone jointed system with no vertical posts or three way posts between individual pieces of glass. They are available in straight line, faceted or curved forms.
The system incorporates a head and floor channel framework that utilises 10mm toughened glass up to 2400mm high and 12mm toughened glass up to 3000mm high. Door module options include all glass doors and traditional timber veneer doors.

Workplace partitioning 1

Individual work stations come with screens at 1200mm and 1500mm high starting from floor level. This system consists of a three channel cable ducting system either above or below desk level. Desks are free standing or screen supported work tops with shelves and hampers which are fully adjustable to suit the requirements of the individual client.
