Barcon Industries is a commercial fit-out and maintenance company operating within both the education and private sectors since the year 2000.
Our company philosophy is to always be regarded as ethical, reasonable, professional and reliable in all aspects of our operation. This attitude, combined with our experienced staff and contractors who also share our dedication to quality and performance, has resulted in Barcon Industries cementing a position in the volatile and often changing work environment of the traditional tender builder.
We seek to be viewed as reasonable people to do business with and pride ourselves on repeat business from architects, project managers and directors of companies in the private sector. Also, we have been working directly with schools to achieve great results undertaking considerable capital works programs, PRMS maintenance and have been consistently awarded school council contracts based on our competitive pricing and quality execution.
Directors
The company is owned and operated by Greg and Cameron Bartholomew who together have more than 40 years building experience. Both directors have completed trade apprenticeships in building and carpentry. They have worked in a wide range of building industries, including commercial building and maintenance, multi-storey developments, domestic, and interior fit-out and refurbishment.
Greg and Cameron understand the complexities of working in these types of environments and appreciate the need to work in unison with the client to avoid disruption to programs, whilst maximising the use of facilities.
First Choice Contractor
Barcon Industries is keen to establish itself as a first choice contractor for all architects involved in refurbishment and building works. It is our firm belief that cost savings come through good management and planning.

Now, more than ever, due to public awareness campaigns, it is and should be a high priority on all building and renovations sites.
